Joe Polak President
AEP was established in early 2010 by Joe Polak, a seasoned veteran of sales with over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. Joe has worked for some of the most respected names in the architectural metal industry, including Fabral, Centria, and Alcoa Architectural Products. His business philosophy is simple, respect your partners, expect nothing less than the best, and build relationships with unrivaled customer service and loyalty.
Patricia Polak Office Manager
Patricia is also a veteran in sales with over 35 years of experience in metal building and specialty metals industries. Her tireless work ethic and extensive administrative knowledge and sales experience create a unique synergy within our company and enhances her understanding of not only the products and services we represent but, more importantly, the needs and demands of our clients and customers. Patricia believes that a strong business is built upon strong relationships and impeccable customer service.
Jonathan Polak Project Manager
Jonathan graduated Valedictorian of his class at Tarrant County College CJTC in 2009 and is no stranger to hard work after working in the Texas oil fields. He then ran his own commercial/residential construction company before starting with AEP in 2012. Jonathan has become well versed in the building envelope community and has always strived to provide the utmost in customer service to all of his customers.
Rebecca Polak Lead Retrieval Specialist
Rebecca graduated high school at 15 and pursued studies in Art, Dance, Photography, and Psychology at Monterey Peninsula College with the aspiration of becoming an Art Therapist. Marriage and raising three children shifted her focus temporarily. With 15 years in retail, she transitioned to corporate roles, starting as a Nursing Scheduler for a Home Health Company, then diversifying into Marketing, Sales, Accounting, and Event Coordination at a Property Management firm. In 2017, she became an Office Manager for a General Contractor, where she connected with AEP. Since then, she has thrived in Lead Retrieval, relishing the hunt for opportunities and demonstrating her meticulous nature in the role.
